Actions and human handoff

Lynor qualifies a request and selects the appropriate next action from the options configured for the business.

From conversation to next action

After understanding a request, Lynor can continue the conversation, schedule a meeting, notify a team, update a connected system or transfer the interaction. The choice comes from the current conversation and configured decision principles.

When a human takes over

A handoff is appropriate for a sensitive request, high-value opportunity, exception or subject requiring a person’s judgment. The receiving person gets the context already collected.

Scheduling or email

When Calendly or Cal.com is configured, Lynor can propose and book a meeting. Without either, the qualified opportunity can be sent by email to the relevant person with a context summary.

Choosing an action means weighing the outcome

The right next step is not always the fastest one. Lynor can keep qualifying when more information is needed, schedule when the person is ready, notify a specialist when the situation has business value, or bring in a person when that protects the customer experience. The configured decision principles give those choices a business purpose.

A handoff is a continuation, not a reset

Passing to a person should not make the customer start again. The objective is continuity: the team member receives the relevant details and can focus on the decision, advice or relationship work that genuinely requires a human.
